PolyLEVEL Concrete Leveling Services

American Foundation & Basement Repairs, LLC can easily and quickly raise and level your settling or sinking concrete using the PolyLEVEL Polymer Injection process in Knoxville, Chattanooga, Asheville, Johnson City, or Cookeville homes or businesses. If you have a sidewalk, driveway, patio, walkway, or concrete steps that are starting to sink, we've got the solution to level out the surface and eliminate the tripping hazards. Sinking concrete is generally a result of shifting soil erosion and is very common in the Tennessee area. Concrete raising is a simple process that can be used for sidewalk raising, driveway lifting or even basement slab lifting.

PolyLEVEL Before and After

You may have sinking concrete on some of the surfaces around you home. If you think you may be in need of concrete leveling or raising, then start by looking for these signs:

  • Concrete steps tilting one direction
  • Sidewalk or concrete driveways sinking
  • Cracking or sinking patio
  • Soil washing out from under concrete surfaces

Mudjacking Alternative

American Foundation and Basement Repair has the technology to safely and quickly take care of any sinking concrete problems you may have with your patio, sidewalk, and even driveway. Before the PolyLEVEL process was introduced, companies would use a process called mudjacking. This process involved pumping a concrete slurry into the cavity below a settling concrete slab which would usually only be a temporary fix. The PolyLEVEL process uses a polymer mixture that is much lighter than concrete and expands to fill the cavity and raise the concrete slab without adding more weight to the problem and under most circumstances, fixing the problem permanently.
